No semen will be shipped until the breeding is paid in full. I understand that my mare must be examined by a licensed veterinarian at about 18 and 45 days after the last day bred and Glenhill Farm notified of her pregnancy status at that time or all live foal guarantees are null and void. A breeding certificate will be issued after your foals birth announcement. The stallion owner assumes responsibility to deliver live semen in viable condition at the time of delivery to the approved shipping address. If semen shipments are used for a mare other than named in this agreement without approval from the stallion owner the standard posted breeding fee and completed contract will be due immediately. This approval constitutes a part of the contract and without it the live foal guarantee is null and void., The semen must be administered on the day of delivery or the stallion owner shall be considered to have fulfilled the contractual obligations and guarantees in shall not apply. In the event of death or the inability to produce and ship viable semen from the stallion contracted for this service

Glenhill Farm will substitute this fresh semen agreement for either frozen semen from the same or fresh semen from another Glenhill Farm owned stallion of the mare owners choice. This contract guarantees retune privileges for the same mare during the course of Glenhill Farm breeding season (February 1 - November 1). The mare owner is guaranteed return breeding privileges for four seasons following the Initial breeding season. Another mare may be substituted with the permission of the stallion owner. Should the mare not produce a live foal that stands, sucks and survives the first 30 days after birth, the mare owner shall be entitled to above-mentioned return privileges. This guarantee shall only apply if the stallion owner is notified within one week of the foal's death. At statement of details by a licensed veterinarian much follow within 10 days or

the guarantee becomes null and void. This clause is also binding in case of abortion. If the mare terminates her pregnancy, Glenhill Farm needs written verification of this fact from a veterinarian. I understand that the mare owner shall assume all responsibility for the condition of the mare and shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the mare whether by death, disease, injury, infection or otherwise, and by any cause whatsoever,

and therefore agrees to hold the stallion owner, keeper or agent harmless for any and all damages associated therewith.

A valid credit card to pay for collection and shipping cost needs to be on file with Glenhill Farm prior to ordering semen. If the mare owner elects not to use a credit card a deposit is required. Each regular collection is $150. Shipments ordered on the same day as shipment may be surcharged $50. after 9 am Pacific Standard time.

Mare owner understands that requests for semen must be made before 9 am, Pacific Standard Time via phone or fax of the day of the requested semen shipment. Fax communication is preferred as it gives both parties a record. Do not rely on email for orders.

High quality disposable containers will be used and the cost is included in the collection fee. Equitainers are available upon request.
